It would appear this guy was arrested and then never actually charged with anything. This is for actions from 2011, he was arrested in 2019, and then the Crown never brought charges against him.

i also got a 2m heathkit fm/am transceiver but have not tested it yet. still figuring out the d7 because i'm very room temp iq
i'm kinda pissed at myself to not buying a 12v breakout for my car, or like, a million other little things i probably couldn't have paid for, but i guess there's the internet or dx engineering for that. sucks to suck
